Packaging is plain and discreet. All you have to do is provide a urine or swab sample and post it back. Both the kit and postage are free so testing for chlamydia couldn’t be easier!

If you are 25 and over you are not eligible to access the screening programme but you can still get tested - if you are sexually active it is important to get yourself checked out. Just click here to find out where your nearest GUM clinic (Genito-Urinary Medicine) is and make an appointment. This service is free and totally confidential.
